Charitable giving

We operate with high ethical standards in our business as estate agents. Working in the richest area of London, it is our policy to give a share of our income to charities with local connections. We currently give 5% of our total income* before expenses to 3 charities. Each of these charities was birthed in the parish of Brompton (Holy Trinity) and each draws much volunteer support from Kensington & Chelsea.
*We calculate our giving on total income received after any introductory fee and commission-sharing paid out to other agents/introducers, and before all our own costs, staff commission and pay, overheads and expenses.

Regeneration Trust

Worlds End Chelsea SW10

The Regeneration Trust supports the local community in the Royal Borough's largest council estate, in partnership with the Chelsea Community Church. It runs several clubs and courses and other facilities to support the local community. Around 700 children and 200 adults use the computer centre every week for IT training and education. Since the centre opened in 1998, they have trained over 1000 adults and many have been able to secure new/improved employment as a result. There are around 60 children who attend the Homework Club each week which helps with literacy and numeracy. There are also Saturday and Sunday children's clubs and a counselling service for women affected by abuse, domestic violence and addiction. Alpha courses are also run at the church.

CJ's Mediaworkz Hoxton N1

CJ's Mediaworkz aims to provide opportunities for inner city youth and young adults. It encourages them to develop their potential through practical learning, social interaction and training in IT skills, in order that they may lead more fulfilled lives and become greater contributors to society.
The Besom is a charity set up to bring together those with resources to give with those in need. Resources may be time, money or things. The Besom funds grassroots projects overseas and across the UK in areas of need specified by those giving money, at a rate of about one every three days. 100% of the money given goes to those in need. Projects funded vary but are always long-term, of a capital nature, and aim permanently to improve the quality of life of a community
